had training today..
1st time i run school until got so much energy hahahas..
but i think tt run taken alot of my energy..
so for the rest of the training, i very sehseh..
yepp..
we performed very badly today..
right hand layup, we were given 3 mins to score 50 balls, but we only scored 49.
left hand layup, we were given 3 mins to score 50, we scored 46
okkay la.. hmm.. if only we got more pple.. we only gt 8 pple.. hahahs..
den we did figure 8, 1 do layup, 1 do 2 pointer shot, 1 do 3 pointer shot..
like tt must do 150 shot ins in 10 mins -.-'''

i think coach nv expected us to reach tt 150 target.. hahahs..
we only did 100+
den we played fast break 3 on 2.. followed by 3 on 3..
den we played 5 on 5..
coach was very disappointed with us
cause a normal team supposingly trains better and better..
but then, we train lousier and lousier..
we dont have the determination, fighting spirit bahhs..
i think we really let down coach liao la..
so lets work hard for the final 6 trainings before our match starts okay!?!
